Dinner at The Summit

Helen – Roast Kangaroo Loin
served with panfried potato wedges in thyme butter, braised Belgium endives, cranberry & orange compote and juniper berry glaze.

Sean – Char Grilled Rib Eye Steak
with pesto field mushroom and served with sautéed beans, kipfler potatoes, crispy fried onions and red wine jus..

Desert at Freestyle

Tulips and a Xyron.

A book and a  letter.

A really fun night.
