		<description>I loved this dish. I saw it in a donna hay magazine and never remeber which one it was from so i searched google and up came this recipe and it was marvelous. Thanks for putting that up and i tried it with zucchini, just as nice. The chives give some extra flavour but its not necassary to add them. i served the salad on a lettuce leaf which meade beautiful presentation.</description>
